HOW?

Joining the CSRC is very easy; just choose your walk from the programme, book your place by emailing: csrc.bookings@gmail.com or calling the Club’s answer phone on 99 292092 leaving your name and contact details and then join us for the walk.

Newcomers are very welcome to join us for three walks, after which they are obliged to join the Club; so come along and see if it suits you.  If it does, you can apply for a membership form at any time.

Once you have completed the form just pass it over to any Committee Member the next time you walk. You will then be added to our distribution list and will receive by email, news of all of our walks and events.

How much does it cost to join?  Individual Membership is €10 per year (1 Nov to 31 Oct).  Family Membership for parents and children up to 18 years of age is €20.  Each time you walk you will be required to pay walk fees of €3. As a Member you will be entitled and welcome to all special CSRC holidays and events.

The Club have very few rules (see the Constitution); however, for your own and other Members safety it is essential that you comply with the following:

1. You wear walking footwear suitable for the rough terrain of Cyprus (no sandals).

2. During the Autumn & Winter months you carry appropriate foul weather clothing.

3. During the Spring & Summer months you protect yourself against the sun.

4. To prevent dehydration or heatstroke, you must take and drink at least half a litre of water for every hour you expect to be walking (juices & energy drinks are OK).

5. Most walks involve stopping for lunch, so ensure you have packed food.
